This piece is the companion piece to Gerard’s portrait titled “Reverend”. Evelyn is Gerard’s companion, but she has gone through much more change and development as a character. She started as just a simple country girl who broke Gerard’s heart, but then became the unwilling mother figure of an underground cult who can see spirits of the dead. All she wants is freedom, and she finds that freedom alongside Gerard in their journeys together.
